This practice is a mind a “body technique consisting of a series of controlled, flowing movements, which improve your shape, flexibility and remedy postural problems you may have by realigning your body structure to its natural balance, allowing internal organs to function more efficiently. The primary aim of the exercises is to promote stability in the “core”€ of the body. Each movement is carried out with precision, maintaining a constant connection between mind and body. Our sessions incorporate use of Pilates props such as, foam rollers, bands, magic circle, stability balls, bender balls and gliders. We house a private Pilates room with reformers, stability chairs, towers and Caddilac for semi-private and private class.
